A band limiter per track: keep a frequency region under a ceiling without touching the rest of the track.

The worst-offender list now ranks by how long a collision is held as well as how deep it is, so a brief peak no longer outranks a constant clash.
Fixed
The peak timeline lost its recording when the project sample rate changed mid-session. Reported by a user in Live; thank you.

Limits
Jumping the playhead to a moment is Logic-only for now. Windows to follow.
